Food Porn #2
My apologies for the long delay in posting. But, hey, another food porn post! You must be so excited! Up first is a chocolate fondue with fruit and marshmallow from Brel on Ashton Lane. Or Diagon Alley, if you prefer.
And, because I’ve lately found it intriguing, another chocolate fondue, this one from Spuntini on Byres Road:
Next is a lovely box of macaroons from a street fair I stumbled upon in Newcastle. The lady almost didn’t take my Scottish money.
The Chocolate and Hazelnut Arctic Roll is from Jamie Oliver’s Italian restaurant in Newcastle. Complete with cholate shavings and butterscotch sauce:
And lastly, an appetiser from Jamie’s, Prosciutto and Melon, with Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil Pesto. This was by far the most unexpectedly delicious thing I ate the whole trip:
